So to say that the "richer countries" do fund us (Africa) these billions to tackle all the environmental crises in our country. How can we as African citizens be sure that all the money goes into projects to make the country greener/sustainable? There is so much corruption in Africa and billions have already been stolen from the citizens by the hands of leaders. The billions stolen could have easily been invested in greener/sustainable projects. This is a critical question to ask on media platforms. What is the plan to secure these funds to not get into the hands of corruption?
